Founding Agreement
Version of 1 October 2026. For founding organizations and founding agencies, on top of our terms of service.
Who it is for
Compliancefold offers a small number of founding spots to the first organizations that run their facilities on it, and to the first agencies that inspect with it. This agreement is between Sushifun LLC, trading as Compliancefold ("we", "us"), and the founding organization or agency ("you"). Where it speaks to one and not the other, the heading says so.
An organization's owner accepts it in the app, and we keep a record of who accepted which version, when, and from which internet address. An agency's administrator signs a copy that we send, and we sign it back; the agency's pilot year starts the day we do.
What you get
A founding organization
- The founding price of $25 per user a month, locked for one year from the day you accept. It does not rise during the lock, and any rise after it is told to you before the lock ends.
- Your existing records imported with us, as part of the founding spot.
- A direct line to the person who built the app: an email address that goes straight to that person, and a phone call whenever you want one - send your phone number and you get a call back. And a say in what features get added or changed.
A founding agency
- A free pilot year, then the yearly price for your jurisdiction ($3,000 a year for up to 500 facilities, or the price we agree with you for more), locked for two years from the end of the pilot year. It does not rise during the lock, and any rise after it is told to you before the lock ends.
- Every user in your office included, however many you invite.
- Your existing records imported with us, as part of the founding spot.

How you pay
A founding organization
You enter a credit card when you accept and choose yearly or month to month, and the founding price is charged to it from that day, for every user in your organization. People who only send maintenance requests are not users and are never charged for. Your organization's owner manages the card and the subscription on the Billing tab.
A founding agency
Nothing is charged in the pilot year, and no credit card is needed. After it we send one yearly invoice, due in 30 days, paid by bank transfer or purchase order. The invoice counts the facilities in your jurisdiction on the day it is raised; if that is past 500, we agree the price with you before the pilot year ends.
What you give
- Feedback on the rhythm we agree, for example a monthly call and feedback in the app.
- Patience with features that change while the app grows.
You decide whether we may name you as a founding organization or agency, for example on our website. Until you say yes - an organization ticks a box in the app, an agency says so on the signed copy - we do not, and you can change your answer at any time.
What a pilot does and does not mean
Features change, and some screens are rough. Your records are not part of the pilot: backups, security and the whole-account export are the same as for every account, and records are never lost or changed by the program.
Leaving
You can leave at any time, with a full export of your records and files. If we end the founding program early, you keep your locked price for the rest of its term, or we refund what you paid for the part of the term that is left.
An organization's founding price ends if a payment stays unpaid more than 60 days, or if it cancels and later returns; it can stay on the free plan or a paid plan at the list price. An agency's founding price ends if an invoice stays unpaid more than 60 days after its due date, or if the agency leaves and later returns; it then pays the yearly price for its jurisdiction.
